Question #1: Are they authentic?

Answer: Yes, 100% authentic. In fact all items listed on our site are authentic too. We do not and will never sell imitation goods so shop with confidence :)

Question #2: Why must we make payment/deposit to secure order?
Answer: That is because we've experienced people who ordered but disappeared into thin air when order has arrived. That's not fair for us. Therefore, it's best to make payment once you've confirmed your order! Deposit/Installment is welcomed, email us for further info.

Question #3: Can i know exactly when the stocks will arrive?
Answer: Roughly 2weeks but it is stated 2-3 weeks is in case of any unexpected delays. We will keep you posted fo sho!

Question #4: Is your supplier reliable / able to trust?
Answer: Yes!

Question #5: Are the prices stated on your spree site RM or USD?
Answer: All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and shipping is FREE for all purchases. What you see is what you pay, no hidden/extra charges.

Question #6: What other payment method can i make if i don't have an ATM card?
Answer: You can go up to any Maybank/CIMB bank. All you need to know is the exact RM, my full name, and bank account (will give you through email once order(s) confirmed) Go to the deposit machine and simply deposit the total amount into our account. It's really simple! And yes, we accept Paypal too :)

Question #7: Would you bring in colours / designs that are out of stock?
Answer: No. Once colours / designs are out of stock/sold. Marc Jacobs would not be restocking.
